My aim is to not only treat your problem, but to establish the root cause and provide you with tools to help yourself and prevent future injuries. I will spend the extra time and effort to figure out/resolve difficult problems. With the integration of different approaches we can find the best solution to your individual problem.
We misuse our bodies by long hours behind computers, stress, incorrect posture, wrong movement patterns, bad habits etc. With awareness, movement and postural rehabilitation you can learn to use your body in the correct way again.
I do a lot of "hands-on" work, massage, joint mobilization and manipulation, dry needling/acupuncture, pilates exercises, posture rehabilitation, exercise programs, workstation and ergonomic assessments, muscle energy techniques and sport specific rehabilitation.
